Terms of Use

By accessing or using any service provided by Cyber Planet ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), including internet connectivity, CCTV installation, IP telephony, cable TV, server hosting, and fiber cable services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. Continued use of our services after any modification to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Cyber Planet provides fully dedicated fiber broadband internet, CCTV surveillance installation, IP telephone systems, cable TV, dedicated server hosting, and fiber cable installation services to residential and commercial customers in Mirpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our network or services to:

(a) Transmit, distribute, or store material that violates any applicable law or regulation, including intellectual property laws; (b) Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or engage in any activity that disrupts network performance; (c) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data; (d) Engage in activities that could damage, disable, or impair our network infrastructure; (e) Resell or redistribute internet services without prior written authorization from Cyber Planet.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that all devices connected to our network comply with applicable laws and do not harm our network or other users.

Service fees are due on the agreed billing cycle. Failure to pay within the specified due date may result in suspension or termination of your service. Cyber Planet reserves the right to charge a reconnection fee following suspension due to non-payment.

All fees are stated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to applicable taxes. Cyber Planet reserves the right to revise pricing with a minimum of 30 days notice.

Cyber Planet targets 99.9% network availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.

Service speeds advertised are maximum speeds for your subscribed package. Actual speeds may vary depending on factors including network congestion, your equipment, and the destination of your traffic.

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice. Cyber Planet may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to our network, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, any outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cyber Planet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
